I've never commented before on anything like this, but I wanted to say my fiance got me into watching your family. She started out with "I'm a survivor sanctuary." She progressively went onto Paw Paw, Shirtless Jake, Life on Morrow Hill, and now You Stephanie and Buddy. I have to say that I skeptical at first I have never been one to watch KZbin videos as in following someone's life. You guys have changed me somehow. I find myself watching your whole family updates daily. I want to say Thank you to your entire family for this. It really make a difference in people's live more than you all probably think. I don't want to forget about Daniel and Lue also. Jennifer and I have a son Kail that seems to have a love for Sloths like you do Stephanie. Sorry I'm starting to ramble, but again I just wanted to say Thank you, from just a guy in Missouri to your entire family in Texas. Just keep doing the great videos your doing because we really enjoy them.

I have just bought some shampoo Ginger. It is a ginger plant that you don’t eat but instead you use the flower to get a gel out of the flower by squeezing it. You can use it for shampoo, dishes, washing etc. it is a plant mainly in Hawaii. I can’t wait to see how it grows here in Western Australia. I am also like you, growing loofa’s. I am very interested to give your recipe a go 😊 as well. I am very interested in learning more natural remedies as well.

I have a question, where did Buddy lose his Texas accent? He sounds like a movie star with that voice. He could narrate Books on tape or read bed time stories. Great voice!! Would love to hear him sing. Guitar skills noticed!! Lol. Oh, he was making shampoo wasn’t he? Ha!! That sounds so resourceful. Do you guys use all homemade shampoo and soaps? I buy goats milk soap from a local vendor. They are amazing, especially to keep winter skin issues away. No more cracking and dry skin on hands, knees and elbows. Y’all are both amazing!! Would love another round of questions you guys did. Never miss an episode. I use ground flax and chia in my steel cut oats with honey, walnuts and blueberries.

Awesome idea, and once again, I'm learning from you guys. I've never heard of a soap nut. I would think whole flax seeds would possibly clog up your drain. My favorite herbal shampoo I use to use is no longer being made....but it looks just like yours. Except it smelled of bergamot. (Love that smell!) Buddy, excellent guitar jamming while we waited. Both your hairs look so full and shiny. I may try this out. Thanks.

Hi Stephanie, this is unusual for me to comment, but I just wanted to let you know that I was watching Lester's Ima Survivor. He was out in the back 38.6. And he said that there were some tallow trees back there and that they weren't good for anything and I looked them up and I don't know if you're aware or not but it is. The tallow tree is also called a soap tree. And it looks like the fruit or nuts or whatever they are looked the same as what you have that you purchased. So you might want to have him show you where they and maybe if they have put out the little berries, you could go get them off of that tree Instead of having to buy any. I certainly do love your channel and look forward to each and everyone that you have coming out..I now live in An apartment complex And not able to do any gartening but but I am considering maybe doing some container gardening. Keep up the great work and like so many of your followers Have said I learn so much from you And Buddy.
