DIY Shirred Top(Smocked Top) - With Tips - Thrift Flip Project

In this video I am trying to make Shirred Top And I am also giving you useful tips.This is thrift flip project in which old clothes are recycled.
Important Not :- According to this measurement, top becomes a little bit tight, so whenever you take a bust measurement, mark it directly on 2 fold fabric without making any calculations.That's it.
