That large shell "trinket" tray, if food safe, would make a wonderful dip bowl and space to add nibbles around the rim.

LMBO Claire! I'm watching this again after today's Halloween inserts and when I saw you supporting the shells with clay, I was thinking it's in sand, Claire. Just press them down to level! Yep. Yep. Yep. Then I saw the sand move all as one. It's stinkin paper, DM! you dummy!

Claire, the silicone inlays you did with the clay captured the outside of the shell and these capture the inside. The outside had a pattern that the inside doesn't so both ideas can be used for different effects.

So resin can't seal jesmonite?

Yes Resin can seal Jesmonite x resin stocks to Jesmonite.... Jesmonite does not stick to cured resin.
