I'm finally revealing a room in my 100 year old house that has never been seen before! This is part one of our upstairs home renovation, starting with the bathroom. I think the colors that you have chosen definitely give the room a larger feel. I love the shiplap. I would definitely love to keep the claw tub because it is vintage!🤪❤ It is neat to find what was in rooms from years ago. We are currently remodeling our downstairs bathroom. It's super small too. It's been so much fun working side by side with my husband. I've learned so much from him and our experience. We now know the dos and don't for next time! We always make several trips to the hardware store on any project we have. They know is by name. Lol! I look forward to seeing yours and our bathroom finished. ❤❤

😻I would definitely keep the tub. I had one when I lived in California. But I was unable to move it to Idaho. they are so heavy. So I had to leave it behind. I loved that tub. I actually had mine in my vegetable garden with veggies and flowers in it.

Keep the tub! My house was built in 1888 and the tub was changed out in the ‘50’s. Finding a claw foot tub that was salvageable wasn’t easy and it’s extremely heavy. I love my tub!

I would keep the tub. Elyshia English restored her claw foot tub with marine paint. She tried several different kits that did not work before using the marine paint. She painted the feet gold. Her home is over 100 years old. She and her husband are restoring it. It’s in Nova Scotia

We found it easier to do cut sheetrock at floor so top is factory edge.

We had a house in California it was built in 50's I believe and..our master bathroom was about same size as this one hated it....but we had a small bedroom next to it we had built large master on otherside of it so we turned that room and closet (small closet ) and made it larger bathroom and walk in closet sooo fun!!! But I had do all work myself my husband isn't handy at all!!! I also took another bedroom and made the window a sliding door and turned it into my sewing room I enjoyed that house and miss it!!!❤😢
