Sorry I'm late in commenting. A possible suggestion for the other bathroom floor....why not tile in an optical illusion "hole in the ground" , with some sound effects (someone screaming, but it geting quieter, as they fall into the hole) when the light / fan / tap is turned on....just .for the "shy poopers" you talked about. You could also set up a rotating mini Millenium Falcon fan (subject to ceiling height), with helicopter sound effect, for those same visitors. Another thought.....why not add some ceiling speakers, with a playback of some chill-hop beats, as used on the Heli-scapes videos....to drown out any noises that may (unwittingly) be shared with other residents. Just wire it all into the switch panel on the wall, or have an auto on-off when the door is locked.....or even better....a pressure sensitive seat switch. Set this up to an air horn, and you could have some fun and scare the SH17 out of first-time visitors. Mean, cruel, a little sadistic? Yes, but could be as funny as funk. Roll on Thursday, for a new TTP(WWWTAIIT)HRSASE. PS. Loving the "do", Gandalf the Black.

Instead of dish detergent use fabric softener to loosen the wallpaper. I use a sponge to apply the water & softener to the wall. It's faster than spraying it.

Best 24 min of the day (except for lunch, the noodle salad I had was great). The room turned out great, I like the style of it, it complements everything else beautifully. I also want to point out how good the flow of the story is, the scenes you picked came together nicely and the whole editing is just smooth and so so well done, love it! By the way, its interesting to see how houses are build where you guys live, e. g. the drywalls and floor and how to work with the former. Our house is made almost purely out of reinforced concrete except for the roof. Yes, it might be stronger and things like tornadoes (though we almost don‘t have any where I live) wouldn‘t hurt it that much, but it seems WAY easier to work with drywall. You can cut it, run stuff behind it and do so much more. If I wanna move a cable I have to mill channels into the wall, use gigantic drills and it‘s just a hassle. The good thing: if I wanna mount a picture frame I can do it pretty much everywhere except for where cables are routed, I just need a hammer and a nail. Same goes for mounting other stuff, with bigger objects, anchors are needed though. Becki, you are right, an Inch is a lot.
