🇬🇧 I live in the U.K. and am always amazed when Americans and Canadians say “small room”. That bedroom was bigger than most master bedrooms in the U.K. European homes are very small, as we have less land here. There are many positive aspects though, our utility bills are much smaller and it costs less in building materials and flooring for smaller spaces. Your guest room was amazing! I loved the colours, so cosy. Can I also say I love the style of your jeans, I’ve been looking for something like these for ever.

I am impressed. The struggle you showed is so very real. And you are correct. You can often be your worst critic. So many choices, so little wall space! The radiator cover is cool and simple. the rug makes the room. The paint really helps bring the light in from the single window in the room. The floor is classic and should stand the test of time. The “drop” in the ceiling is called strapping which is best practice for a more rigid ceiling and also lets you easily run wires

bluish white is hard on the eyes. That's why you have a blue light filter on your filter, which makes everything a bit yellowy. I think that's why you felt the repainted colour was more relaxing.

I love how it turned out. The only thing I would do differently would be to not paint the closet white. I would’ve tried to match it with the radiator cover since the whole room is white already. I personally am not a fan of white because I think it is boring but I know that is in style right now, but it still looks pretty. I’d say my decorating style is similar to yours. Your puppies are cute btw! Oh and I love your relationship with your dad, he is awesome!

Looks great! I used that same color coordinating tactic for my office that I just completed. My rug brings so much color but I also added some shiny elements (rose gold: lamp, a candle, a paper basket) just to make it a bit more girly. (Ps, I'm not a girly girl, lol) you did great, the room looks cozy!

Love, love, love it! The radiator cover igs my favorite part, because it's streamlined, modern and had room for small plants or decorative items. I was sorry to see the air-conditioner have to go, but removing it balances out the wall space.
