I looovvvve it! This was very brave project. The white counter top plus the brass hardware are so elegant. The kitchen was really brightened even the change on the raised counter didn’t push through. 👏👏👏 What an inspiration Eunice !

Wonderful diy makeover! Under mount sink makes clean up so much easier. Love the white counter tops and hardware color. Combo of cabinets and open shelving is a nice touch as well.

Very cute reno! The white countertops really open up the space. Are the tiles above the stove already peeling?

Thank you!! There are a couple of spots that are lifting on the edge - either due to me sticking the tiles too close together so they're pushing outwards or the wall not being sanded down enough on some spots. The stove area is also where a lot of heat and moisture gets dissipated so I'd recommend pressing firmly and leaving it to dry longer before using the stove. Hope that helps :)

First of all, holy crap the kitchen turned out so well!! I've been keeping up with the ORC on your Instagram and it's so cool to see the entire process start to finish. All of the thoughtful accents and design choices make a big difference, and I love how the handles, paper towel holder, floating shelves, and color scheme as a whole is so complementary. I'm a big fan of Aesop soap so I liked how you included that too lol but such a great job on everything. Even if you technically didn't "finish it in 8 weeks", the results are so worth 👏👏

Wonderful renovation. I like the paint color and the countertop. I put my big spoon/spatula container on a lazy susan and it makes it more convenient to reach for a spatula/spoon when I cook.
