I use 3mm steel sheet. My advise to use top solid and thicker.

I like what you did. A functional smokeless pit, yet, it looks like it was probably low cost, without being cheap looking. It would be very hard to find a fire ring with that kind of height to it, and that wide of a lip. Thank you, for sharing!

Fire ring was cutted with cnc laser cutter using my blueprints. So if you can work in cad programs for a bit. You can make any size.

nice but it dont look like it works that good, it should look like a stovetop fire, most people forget a good fire needs air feeding from the bottom, when its done right it works and looks amazing

Of course its not 100% smokeless. And its work as good as steel part heated.
