Byron and I have thought about a joint venture, like a healthy bistro and spa together.. It would be a great deal of work though and time away from our family, so we are just enjoying what we are doing now and maybe one day we can revisit those ideas. I love everything about this video! I also really appreciate that the ingredients were also listed in the description box for easy access :)). Also I'm happy you put "organic" roses for the rose water spray. If you buy regular roses, they are usually grown with pesticides and sprayed with other chemicals. Which is not ok to boil and then spray on your face. Just to note for people who are wondering.

Rachel I LOVE your videos!! Another method for facial steam- boil some water and add the juice of about 1 lemon, mix it and lean over it with a towel draped over your head. The steam gets rid of dirt and debris trapped in your skin, which could cause breakouts. Hope some people try this out! Rachel I LOVE your videos!!

Instead of Vicks with those chemicals you could have added a combo of essential oils like eucalyptus, peppermint, spearmint. I use them for my baby when she is congested.

If you don't have lavender buds, don't use them, use whatever fruit you have at home the recipe is the same. If you don't have bouquets of roses, then skip it! Love the bamboo type music! But I've done several vicks shower melts and this seems so simple. I make the biggest batch of these as soon as flu season hits and my husband loves them for when we get sick. I went out of town one year without making any and he said got sick but he couldn't figure out the recipe! so this seems simple enough for him!

Be careful with essential oils from local stores! The FDA only requires 5% of the oil to be in the bottle in order for the company to say it's 100%. A good indicator that it's not pure is if it says aromatic use only or has an expiration date. I use Young Living oils only company that shows you the whole process and allows you to come to their farms and be apart of the process!
