Great tutorial!! I am "dismanteling" used inhalers (the discus-type) to save the gears in there. Always trying to find the little "treasures" inside!

Oh cool! I didn't know inhalers had gears in them. Happy creating!

Keepsake Crafts by Sandy Huntress Yes, they have (plastic) gears and other very interesting "thingies" inside! I use them for steampunk projects and mixed media!

😹😹nice , I thought that was how you had made the sheet 😹😹 I have been meaning to make one for myself but just not had the time at the moment 𗁛 but looking at some of the cogs that you have I think I will collect some more first 😹😹. The perfect excuse to add to my collection 😹😹😹 I have all the smaller ones 😹😹 but not so much the larger ones 🤔🤔🤔 and I really want to make mine over the size of the printer paper for doing my book covers 😹😹😹😹 Thanks for shearing Sandy 🤗🤗🤗

Couldn't we use polymer clay?

You could, but it wouldn't be flexible.

It's not a waste, but a learning experience. Next time you'll know to have everything ready to go and to work quickly. Don't give up, it's great stuff! Also, the brand that is purple (EasyMold amzn.to/3wy1XbE ) tends to give you more time to work with it than the yellow stuff (Alumilite Amazing Mold Putty amzn.to/2PtNflh )
