it looks pretty good but maybe try making it longer accross the wing and see if that looks better. not all the way across where the wing starts to curve but just before the big curve if that makes sense. like just a few more inches accross on both sides.

Honestly personally a big reason why it looks soo good on the r32 is because its a short wing its not soo high , so if there was a way the that stock wing was just a bit shorter not so high it would honestly work 100% i love the idea man

I love that addition to the R32's wing too, shit's dank. Personally I think it looks a lot better on boxy wings, like the TRD wing. Also I think it's pretty fantastic when there's some writing on it, give's it a little more personality.

looks interesting..I feel as though it should be wider, like just inside the uprights of the stock wing....and not as tall..so that it looks like it flows out from under the wing instead of being just stuck on to the back/top of it..hope that makes sense

It looks great! I would say you can continue the "lip" across the spoiler. Or like you said, you can swap the spoiler for a TRD wing. Overall, it looks great!

make it wider for sure. also a trick I use to help making custom stuff. all you need is fiber glass sheets, resin, mold release paste,and a smooth flat surface. apply the mold release paste to the flat surface. coving completely. lay out a small sheet of the fiber glass sheet or chop matt as its called. apply resin to it so that it soaks in fully. after that. you have a flexible fiber glass sheet you can cut and shape how ever you need.

I I feel like the wing attachment would look better on a trd wing. It looks pretty good but the reason it looks so good on the R32 because of the slightly more squared look of the spoiler. Keep up the good work Jesse!

I think it should be longer then at the sides taper off into the flow of the wing so it looks more aggressive but yet low profile like it's built in and only a Supra owner would know that it's not stock lol that's what I would do

Its different and unique, I like it, the back looks pretty smooth, the front could be a bit better, but i understand this is only a proto-type and you can work that out in the later stage!

U could have done the spoiler with expandable foam. Like cover the supra spoiler with tape, put the foam on it, wait till it hardens, and after that cut it like u want. After that u can fiber glass it and so on.

Make the flap the same length of the wing. honestly that little section looks awkward it would look way cleaner made as the same length as the wing. the concept that you have is perfect you are going towards the direction of the dtm bmw e30 wing flap except a smaller version and its on a supra. I vote for you making it the same length as the oem wing it looks sick. keep it up!

It's sooo weird that you came up with this because I thought of doing the exact same thing with my rsx wing. I'm getting a completely new wing later on but thought it would be a cool mod for the time being. Make the rocketwing wider dude, about as wide as the rear windshieldspoiler. Otherwise it will look kinda out of proportion. Concept is really cool though. Oh and btw, i knew that eventually the trd wing would grow on you ;). Cheers man!

I think the spoiler will look good if you curve it so it blends a bit more with the rear end. I personally love the do luck spoiler for the supra and looking for something similar for my 2008 Lancer

have you ever thought about taking the wing off and doing this straight of the boot lid? I reckon it would look decent from my imagination. but if you like it coming off the wing do it how you feel you would like it and don't worry about the haters. it will look good once you extend it right across the wing either way. keep up with the diy builds though loving it!

Personally think it would fit better on a trd wing, I feel it would just add more aggression to the already aggressive trd wing, unlike the smooth curves of the stock wing, also, I suggest making it longer, and span the whole wing. Like it's meant to be there, not just an add on universal gurney flap or something. Great work tho, keep it up Jesse!

best method would be to get a sheet of abs plastic, and heat i to bend to desired shape and cut to desired length. It would be the most quickest way, plus if you were to use your OE wing, you can some screws and cut slots on the dancer spoiler to make it very adjustable. check out the 2016 z06 Corvettes they have a similar style, it does serve a function when at high speeds

I think you need go extend it to but then kinda have it blend into the natural curve of the wing just start going shorter and less curved pieces of wire and follow your same process and I think you'll definetly have something you could mold

if you haven't put too much work into the spoiler it will be easier to mock up with blue Styrofoam insulation. it will be sturdier and nicer to work with in my opinion. once you get the part made to your liking make a fiberglass mold to pop it out in fiberglass. then you can sell it if there is any interest as well :) have fun man!!

The idea is good, but the way it looks is not so good, but only because it's completely square at the edges. If it was to blend better at the edges into the spoiler than that would be a lot better, at the moment it just looks like something was stuck onto it. Also a tip, once you have one of your wire templates bent to shape, make a wooden template of it to bend the rest around and they'll all be pretty uniform, a few of the wires were a different shape to each other, which won't be a massive issue hopefully in the end but may require some extra attention to get right.
