DIY TEA COSY - Easy sewing project for your home.
This week I am showing you how I made a brand new tea cosy using an old tea cosy for reference. With minimal sewing involved this is a great project if you're new to using a sewing machine.

the biais doesn't need to be at 45degrees when it is only used on a straight hem.... Your tea cosy really looks cosy!

Thank you for this tutorial! Did You also sew on the edge from the outside when all 3 pieces were locked?

I sewed the binding round the edge and enclosed all three layers in it. Hope that helps!
