just a few questions, why didnt you connect it to parallel, that chip can handle 2 ohms without any problem, why you didnt use heatsink, why didnt you use 24v and where is your lpf?

But I wanted the circuit to stay that way on these normal boards The 2x100w double amplifier circuit With a hole in the middle of the board for the screw on the heatsink More as the Tpa3118 dissipates the heat on the board you already draw this circuit with the copper GND passing under the Tpa3118 so it dissipates the heat on the board too! 12v max power into 4 ohm spaeaker is around 18w and 36w bridge, it does not mater what type of amplifier it is you have to boost voltage to get more power

You're the man. I never give credit to anyone unless it's exceptional, because I'm a dick that way, but you get it! So how many watts was this putting out at 12v? Have you tried a higher voltage and checked the wattage? At 12v it stayed as cool as possible. I wonder if it would need a heatsink at top 24v with the bass banging? Excellent.
