I think this will come in handy. Most of the tutorials for loom knitting that I find on here seem to work for 5 gauge yarn or thicker. I have a bunch of 4 gauge yarn and I don't want it to go to waste, but I'm not sure what to make with it.

I wish you had shown an example of how this looks in an actual crochet project. The texture is going to be different than it would for normal yarn.

I would use this technique to make thicker yarn n crochet like that, not to chain
