I love the antelope. I could never have painted over it, I don’t think my hand or brain would have let me… 😂 I do love wood and wood grain patterns, though. It did turn out nice.

Trust me, it was definitely a struggle for me to have done it. I just am glad I saved it from the landfill potentially. If it doesn't sell in my booth space, he'll come home with me and enjoy his new painted life. I wanted to preserve the hooves, mouth, nose, and eyes, and I'm so glad I did that
