DIY Tongue drum, but it's an owl

In this video I make two tongue drums for two families to play together. I wanted them to look like an owl when they're pushed together, and wings when they are spread apart. Wood used: ash, padauk and oak. The oak is taken from an old table top that someone gave away for free. I made the tongues with a jig-saw and added details with a router and Dremel multitool. I made the ash into a herringbone type pattern.
