Been shooting a traditional bow for 50+ years & I think you are one of the best instructors I’ve ever seen. Absolutely great instructional videos. Thanks !

This awesome man. Sorry I’m late. I just moved and was laying grass. It’s nice to finish and then be rewarded with your video. Have a wonderful day.

Does this effect performance in any way?

Rather than the twist-ties setup, would you consider using a thin, one-inch-wide strap sandwiched between the arrow holding parts and the foam. Have velcro to fasten the strap's ends together?

Will strapping anything to the limbs slow the shot? I wonder because I’m thinking that 1) any added mass dampens the spring by adding mass that the limbs now have to move, and 2) even with as much play as is provided by the foam on the limbs as well as the foam the arrow heads are secured in, I have to think the arrows provide a bit of a rigid brace the limbs will have to fight to straighten up (providing thrust for the arrow)? It may bee that these two factors are a negligible impact on arrow velocity but I was curious if you shot any arrows through the chrono to verify?

I'd does change it really slightly and you tune with the quiver on and loaded .

@@tomellendorf7236, thanks for the answer. That makes sense and now that you say it, tuning with everything attached.
