Step 1: Gather Your Materials
- Fabric for the top and skirt
- Matching thread
- Scissors
- Pins
- Measuring tape
- Sewing machine
Step 2: Cutting the Fabric
- Measure and cut fabric pieces for the top (front, back, and sleeves if desired) and skirt. Leave some extra for seam allowance.
