Thank you 👍🏼, the MK1 will either be going down the supercharged route or ITBs, we want to keep the content as diverse as possible so don’t want to double up on turbo builds! 😂

Nice one lads. I was wondering why you chose this kit and if there were any others you considered? And are you satisfied so far with everything supplied and the instructions?

I thought this one was best due to being made by the ECU manufacturer. I also considered using the BOFI kit, which uses the same Manifold, Downpipe (G19) and ECU(ME221 or ME442). The instructions are helpful however they're not comprehensive and assumes you have some basic knowledge of what everything is and where it goes. Pretty happy with how its going, only issue I have is the Pre-clocked turbo is slightly off so that will need to be addressed at some point. Are you thinking about taking the plunge?

I used a g19 dipstick return for now. Should be in episode 2.

Glad it helps! Bofi kit will be pretty much the same, I think the intercooler mounts different and they supply a drill and tap kit for the sump rather than the dipstick I opted for!
