I’m in the wedding business (day of coordinator) and have wanted to venture out into events but I’m so afraid because I’m a logistics person (execution) but find that I’m not a creative (decorating, visions). I want to start doing baby showers and kids parties and possibly bridal showers but I don’t know where to start. Do you think a lot of creative skills can be learned or more of a natural gift? Weddings are seasonal and I want to be able to keep my business going through the slower months with other events. Any advice? Your videos are very informative, thank you! People want more than a logistics person for kids parties etc. I find they want you to decorate (make it look pretty) more than anything.
