Gud Imli ki Chutney Recipe
Ingredients
 150 gm Tamarind (imli)
 1 & 1/2 cup water
 1 & 1/2 cup jaggery (gur) ( 300 gm)
 1/2 cup Sugar( 100 gm)
 1 tsp Roasted cumin powder
 1 tsp Dried ginger powder
 1 tsp Chaat masala
 1 tsp Garam masala powder
 1 tsp Black salt
 1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
 1 & 1/2 tbsp watermelon seeds
Ingredients for fruit chutney
 2 tbsp pomegranate seeds
 1 cup gur imli chutney
 1/2 Banana
 5-7 Green grapes
 5-7 black grapes

Good, परन्तु इमली का उपयोग भिगो कर छानना सही होता हैँ, क्योंकि उबली इमली गला ख़राब करती हैँ, इसमें उपस्थित टेनिन गले पर विपरीत असर करता हैँ, यही चटनी आप इमली भिगोकर रख दे 2 घंटे फिर छानकर काम में ले जो अधिक सही होती हैँ,
