This is awesome.. I need this machine for my concrete projects. I think this DIY vibrating table the best cheap solution rather than buy vibrator motor. Thank you so much peChoO.. big thanks for you.

hi there love the work you do. one advice for concrete you can also add fiber to it and it will make concrete much tougher. for example on 9:3 ratio (gravel 9 shovels and 3 shovel cement) you need full hand of fiber. and its used on small concrete surface like you did in the video on bigger surface like concrete pat, wall or foundation its used rebar. enjoy and keep up good work

use 3-4mm gravel, and a concrete additive. Best results. Also you can put colours for concrete if you want. If you made concrete with one shovel of cement and two shovels of gravel, after they dried, put them in water for 24 hours, to prevent cracking. Water make them harder, then you cant crash them even with hammer :-) try that, and you can also make video about that
@gbkatriel

Hi, do you know how is the composition to make 5000psi concrete? And what additives would you recommend.
@kejsins86
@kejsins86 3 жыл бұрын
@@gbkatriel i am using 1:2:2, if are stone and sand separated. If they are already mixed then 1:2. Any chemical or mineral additive is welcome, bur you must decide for what purpose you are using concrete then choose between this two. And it s important to water that concrete when its dried to prevent cracking.

Hey, Awesome Build - A couple of questions: 1) A Year later, is there anything that you would differently? 2) I noticed that one side of the Springs is Bolted and so Removable but the other side is Welded. Any reason not to make both sides bolted? 3) Would it be helpful to make the Screw that causes the Eccentric motion adjustable to create more or less vibration depending on the amount of Concrete being shaken? 4) Would Rubber mats under the feet help any? Thanks, and again - Awesome

I like this. I think I will make one based on your design. I did notice though that your wiring is dangerous. You put a cable tie around the inner insulation and pulled it tight against the metal frame. With all of the vibration going on you will wear through the insulation and cause a fault. I would recommend putting that connection into a plastic box and use proper glands to clamp around the OUTER insulation. I would also fit an earth bolt to the frame itself and from there take an earth to the motor. Nice job!
