Sorry if my english is not perfect, im from argentina and i have a "hardware store", and for a long time i got the idea of remake the forward sign with this old style (very used in old architecture Argentina), but i never do something like this and dosent exist some person who knoes how do it right here, can you gimme me some tips for try to do some a little similary and decent? Thank you :)

Simple you. make this using cement and sand. Flower pattern cutting paper is waterproof insulating paper. Then nail the concrete and mix the cement according to the dosage you mix to make it flexible and easy to do. Like I used to mix 2 cement with 1 sand. sometimes I mix 1 cement with 1 sand. But the sand you have to filter through the mesh for it to be small and fine. Good luck.
