I'm about to run out of my 1 gallon tub of Roman's wallpaper glue. Your recipe is slightly more runny but looks just like the Roman's glue I have. I love DIY so I may try this. Thanks!

Yes, definitely try this. It has been four years and mine is still holding strong. Also, you can definitely add more cornstarch to make yours less runny. Let me know if you try it.❤

A better way is to mix the corn starch first with a small amount of cold water and pour it slowly while stirring To the hot water if you will use it for a wall paper and a roller brush

you can avoid the lumps if you dissolve the cornstarch in cold water first.

Mix the cornflour with a little cold water to a thin runny paste before adding to hot water then you wont get lumps maybe even adding some white school glue or elmers glue might even be better great video thanks

If installed thin enough not much of an issue. But cockroaches will love it. Need to mix boric acid powder with it. In the old days they used lead and arsenic.
