Would it be possible to but a piece of black paper or another darker mat under the white planner pages? The white pages on the white desk blended in together making it difficult to see where the pages began and ended.

Thank you for sharing this, This year I'm using the recollection vertical layout as my fitness planner I'm tracking what I'm eating, my calorie intake, what machine/workout I did and how many calories it burned also my water intake. I wanna keep it simple. I think I've complicated weight loss for to long now I'm just gonna take it slow and watch the progress happen eventually !
