DIY Wet Swiffer Solution

I am so excited about how easy it is to make my own cleaning solution to use with non-disposable microfiber cloths for my swiffer! Yay!!

I use microfibers to wash my car. The information I have found is that you should wash your microfibers separately from other fabrics and don't wash in detergent that has fabric softeners in it. Fabric softener reduces microfiber effectiveness. Just found your channel and I am enjoying it. Thanks!

Distilled water has no mineral in it. If you live someplace where you have hard water that comes out of the tap (most of the USA has hard water), using that tap water to make homemade cleaning solutions can lead to streaks and residue. Using distilled water prevents that issue.

Would it be easier to decant the solution in a spray bottle, store it in the refrigerator then just spray the cloth before using it? Then you save space in the fridge and don't have to wring out the cloths before using them.
