LOVE these ears! Thank you so much for spending time doing this video! I found the braided look was lost when you wrapped around the wire, so I wrapped 9 strands of yarn around. Then used 12 strands braided and glued around the front (one piece for both ears). I love these ears so much! Thanks for your video to show me how

Yes I do agree the braiding was lost in translation but I think it helps the string not fray as much...maybe not though haha. I'm glad you enjoyed the tutorial and were able to make your own set of beautiful ears! Send me a picture on instagram if you have an account I love sharing that stuff!

Fauna Stiffler thank you so much!!! I havent had to do this yet, but when I glue down the packs I put the side with the screws facing up. From their if you’re careful with flower placement to not cover the screws I think you could still unscrew the top and change the batteries. Again currently this is just a theory but I’m pretty sure it would work. Also I’m not gonna lie if I really need to change the batteries I probably would just rip off the flowers that are covering it and then re-glue some new ones back on if I couldn’t do the way that I just explained.

This is a great instructional video! Helped me out so much. The only thing I noticed is that when gluing the battery pack, if you glue it on the side where the screws are you cant change the battery so when the lights die out you either have to just live with it or rip off the battery pack and redo the glue....

Yes you can if you are very careful with your flower placement. I am always sure to glue them down with the screws facing upward and place flowers around the pack or in between the screws so I can still get to them. I hope that helps!

I wore mine in animal kingdom while it was raining, lightly not like pouring. To be fair I wouldn’t risk any pair in pouring rain. I had no issues they still work today almost two years later..

So I used a textured wire that I found at Hobby Lobby but I actually prefer dollar tree wire now 😂
