i do roofing and construction. i used rubber roofing scraps and used those in place of tool liner. i also used button cap nails instead of staples as well. the rubber roofing scraps work perfectly. the next one i do im going to use the glue we use. that will work even better.

Japanese motorcycle parts maker Takegawa actually sells a version of this, in wood, with a plastic cap that protects it. When I saw it on the Web!ke website, I wanted to have one for myself, but it was like US$48 plus shipping so like you I built my own using a dimensioned illustration from Takegawa's website. I like the tool drawer liner idea.

So I noticed when I was taking my 1971 Honda z50 cam sprocket off that the o was at the bottom. Do I need to attach it back how it was and spin the o to the furthest part to the front when putting the timing chain back on? Thanks

The world uses MM, Honda’s are metric like the world. Wouldn’t the inside dimensions make way more sense as this is where the engine is supported. Not the outside.

Updated the video description area with these measurements - This will get the right interior size no matter what material you use: 6.5" x 6.25" Standard 165mm x 159mm Metric
