I would love some diy pantry storage ideas, or a diy over the door shelf to maximize linen or pantry closet space. The wire ones are expensive and no good if you don't have a standard sized door.

Hi! I have a question for the second product(4:30) I am trying to use this for making vanity mirror, but i want to hide the line between the bulbs. So i’m thinking about making holes in mirror frame. Is that possible to separate the sphere part and the socket part(connect to lines). I hope you understand what i’m saying.

For extra strength on the last vanity, add flat metal braces to each joint. Instead of finishing nails. You can use a staple gun with long staples around the mirror edge. Staple horizontally into the wood. The extra length will overlap the mirror.

I love that you guys aren't afraid of power tools, but that frame would be so much sturdier with a bit of doweling and if you had clamped it instead of stapling it. D: At least a clamp... since wood glue works by sinking into the wood fibres, expanding them, and then hardening as it dries, it works best if the points of contact are as snug and compressed as possible. All you need to install dowels is a drill and some dowels (Lee Valley Tools in Canada sells a nifty little drilling jig for a few bucks that helps holes stay centred and straight if you need the help). It's not much more work, but it'll really step up your DIY game!

(also as a side note, hardware stores usually sell little plastic clips meant for holding glass in cabinet doors or mirrors on frames - much easier and less scary than finishing nails! :) Hope this helps!
