I think that the fireplace looks too bland with the background, you need to add a plant at the side to introduce some colour or even a picture on the wall dlso lamps etc

Fan-bloody-tastic!! Another great job, I honestly don't know how you do it, I would love to be that creative 😊 To be able to do all of that for around 10% of the original designer cost is great going... Facebook marketplace has got to be one of the best sources for everything second hand, I reckon we'd be lost without it,,, we've bought some brilliant stuff off there, my electric bed, a fridge, a sofa-bed, even my car!! I love watching you girls doin' your thing and making spaces just that little bit better and more...😁 Catch up next time 😀 🙃🐨🇦🇺

Lately I feel that price comparisons are a bit misleading since they don’t consider manual labour. The amazing expertise of Rochelle in carpentry, all those working hours, the professional tools and all the BTS work with the production team, all that costs a lot of money, that’s not accounted for when comparing, for example, what Rochelle’s bookshelf cost and what the commercial bookshelf costs (which accounts for all those costs other than the materials). Still, love watching TSG and I feel inspired by them. ❤

You could also glue or use mounting putty or even white duct tape to secure the brackets to the pillar. Ratchet straps will slowly stretch out slightly under tension over time, and without any adhesive helping keep it in place the whole thing could fall down one day without warning.

Do those panels get dusty? How do you clean them? Absolutely love the rug. Wait, how did you hide the electrical cords.

I love the coffee table and the fireplace. The link to the fireplace goes to an outdoor one though. Is that why you got the insert? Did you buy that separately?

I have a few mantras/life advice that I've picked up over the years: -Don't accept criticism from somebody who's advice you would not seek (cannot tell you how much this has helped me as a recovering people pleaser). -Anything worth doing is worth doing poorly (in other words, doing ANYTHING toward a goal is better than doing nothing. It's really helpful for low spoon/mental health/chronic pain days) -Listening to others means not trying to craft the answer while they are still speaking, listen first, then think. Pauses are okay in conversation. -It's better to under promise and over deliver. This is most relevant when somebody asks how long something will take you, life is chaos, building in time buffers will help in so many ways. -It's okay to not divulge every detail of something you're planning/working on to everybody. If you come up short from your vision, but still created something successfully, nobody else will know if didn't hit your personal mark (this advice applies doubly for anybody planning a wedding). -Most choices and decisions we make daily in life are a net neutral. They may affect us in small ways, but in the grand scheme, they are not good or bad, they just are. Use this to free yourself from doing things "because that's how you're supposed to". Those "supposed to" things were made up by somebody at some point, you can make up something new, instead.

One question, can she still slides open the wardrobe door after adding the trim to the door?
