Being the largest in the Southeastern Anatolia Region Diyarbakır is one of the oldest settlement of the world and among the most developed cities in Turkey.

May I ask, is this university use english language as instruction in the classroom? How about engineering courses?

it depends on which department you are applying to. In English Language Teaching department classroom language is English almost in all classes. In other departments the language used is always given with department name, such as; Mechatronics Engineering (English) or (Ingilizce) i hope that will help, besides i talk on behalf of myself. You can get the most accurate information from University itself. Good luck with that
