Hi there! I wanted to do as well this lovely pattern of yours of a candy cane! I did it as well, but just a small tip if you allow me , is much easier for you to carry the yarn with you and when you work with white per example, "climb" the red yarn one raw through 1 stitch with white and leave it till you go with red , than when you do first round with red, "climb" the white yarn 1 row with 1 red stitch than leave it till you need it again ! Like this you won't have to cut inside and you won't have yarn "obstacles" when you start to stuff up, in plus will be easier to do the stitches than holding it every time when you change color! Ohhh, and one more important thing, please put all the materials you need at the beginning of the video- you added the paper straw after 2 hours and 17 min. when i was already finished with the project...of cause someone would be pissed off to see that now you have to do an other cane with the new item which was not in the beginning presentation of the project! Lucky me , it stays straight without that- cause i won't undo the end of it and pull out more than half of the stuffing just to put that paper straw! :)) So, thank you for sharing with us, very well explained and i really liked it! And i did it yeeeyyy! The tips hope will help ypu in the next video that you will make! I'm looking forward to see a new project made by you !

I love this tutorial and your candy cane. You don't explain why you keep cutting the yarn and starting it again. I also followed and made the reindeer to fit in it. You re very talented. Thank you.

Love this great video I just have one question what happend to row 25 in the video? It goes from row 24 to row 26. Is it just a miss print?

Lovely ornament. Would carrying the unused yarn along the piece work instead of cutting and rejoining each time?

Yes that would work to.
