How to grow potatoes in old plastic paint buckets for beginners

Potatoes contain vitamins, minerals, starch ..... eating potatoes fight cancer, increase glucose loading capacity, reduce plasma cholesterol and triglyceride levels...
Porous and dry soil helps potatoes grow well. Using old plastic paint buckets to grow potatoes is a great idea, it's easy to make and saves money.
You use 2 old plastic paint buckets, 1 of which you cut holes around 4 sides to later harvest potatoes, then punch holes for drainage.
Next, you stack the old paint bucket that has been cut on the remaining one.
It is better to plant the potatoes in the sand so that they germinate and then plant them in an old paint bucket
After 3-4 months you can already harvest the first batch of potatoes and have a delicious and nutritious meal from the potatoes.

Number one.... the buckets need to be food grade buckets!!! Not where they formally had paint in them. It will leach (transfer) the poisonous gases. Always use food grade buckets or use containers that formerly were food containers. 😊

Сайт называется, если перевести на русский "Сухой сад". Ну нет у человека, наверное земли. Вот и выкручивается, как может и руки есть куда приложить. Кстати при таком способе модно картошечку постепенно убирать и новая будет подрастать. Я ьы поглубже в ведро сажала и землю подсыпала. Выращивают же ее в мешках и с вертикальной подвязкой. А наши- то какие злые. Обижают мужика ни за что.

Надо было в сетке или мешке. Я с "вертикальной грядки" получаю примерно 8-9 к 1 посадочному. Ну и земля в них сильно разбавлена соломой. Это чисто от лени, неохота копать-полоть-окучивать

Plantei batata doce usando apenas um pedacinho da batata, coloquei num saco de ração de 10 k com terra suficiente dobrando pra fora até ficar num tamanho de um vaso médio, as ramas vão crescendo e nascendo as batatas, conforme crescem as ramas colocamos mais terra. É muito lindo ver as batatas rosadas novinhas. Essa é diferente, mas vou plantar.

@@giorgimshvildadze6514 во первых стебли картофеля еще молодые были, ему еще месяц до цветения и месяц до плодоношения примерно. Во-вторых свежевыкопанная картошка выглядит по-другому))) И крепится она к корням, а не автономно в земле валяется одинакового размера.

Ха! Я думала, что только одна я разглядела фотошоп! В самом деле много косяков! И ботва мала по размеру, и картоха легко отрывается от корня, и калиброваная как на подбор, шкурка задубевшая. Да и ещё момент, в видио промелькнула листики подвядшие, скорее всего либо семена заражены каким то вирусом, либо что то не соблюдено! НО не может при таком не доразвитом кусте, быть такого урожая, клубни в это время равны примерно голубиному яйцу,а основная масса и того меньше! Не большой совет, если уж взялись садить, клубни заглубляйте поглубже, хотя бы 10-15см. Ботва будет коренастая и её не нужно будет подвязывать. А так поставлю лайк за прикол!

С трёх картошек наросло 11 штук🤔🙃😁. Когда выращиваешь в контейнере, по мере роста ботвы нужно обкладывать соломой. Идея хороша чтобы быстро молодую картошку выростить. Всем добра❤

Can you leave the plant to grow more potatoes or do you need plant new ones? I grew some in a sack of soil but had to dig the plant up to get the potato out. There were some tiny potatoes which i thought might've continued to grow. Appreciate your advice, thanks😊

@@kristib4002 thanks, my relative said it's best to plant new however this method looks clever because you need not harvest them all. Can try leaving the smaller potatoes to grow more. We accidentally grew our potatoes in a recycling sack of compost consisting of autumn leaves and food waste. They probably weren't buried deep enough but still grew a few big ones.

This video is fake, "new" potatoes don't have roots, but they have thick skin just like old potatoes, plants undeveloped, there are no small developing potatoes in the bucket. These " new" potatoes didn't grow in the bucket, they were placed there.

Actually you dont have to use the whole potato. Just cut a slip of the potato where an eye/root has formed and place it into the soil. New potatoes will grow from the slip.
