After six months of living in our apartment, I have finally upgraded our bathroom space! I opted for renter-friendly upgrades to help makeover our small bathroom in our apartment and am super excited to share them with you! There are so many projects/ideas in this video:

You did a beautiful job! People have always asked me why I take the time to do upgrades in a rental. I tell them my home where ever it is, it's my sanctuary and when it's pleasing to MY eyes I'm not as depressed about the space I'm living in.

You did a 'boss' job! I could see them wanting to keep all your upgrades and mark that unit as 'newly renovated'. But I wouldn't leave those fixtures because they are too nice. I'd actually be doing this for a while in all the units I move in over the years, except I never changed out the faucet or light fixture. Thanks for this video!

I really appreciate your ability to work with the electrical fixtures. I’ve seen it done a million times but I’m still afraid. However, I just moved into a rental and would like to hang some pendant lights and ceiling fans and I think that you have given me the confidence to do so.

Ahh! I’m excited for you! The wiring in most bits will match what is already in your ceiling. Please just make sure to double check that there’s no power going to the fixture when you replace. 🙏🏼

Hi there. Your bathroom make over is beautiful. Right now I'm completely renovation my basement bathroom from scratch and you don't need to turn off the main water supply to replace the shower head you just have to make sure the shower is turned completely off and you can unscrew the shower arm to replace it. Just in case you wanted to replace it. Hope this helps. Love your videos.
