Great work, looks amazing. Thanks for the video! Safety suggestion for you and the animals- at 4:40 you can see that the safety chains are not crossed in an "X". They should be crossed so as to form a cradle if the hitch were to detach.

We didn't caulk a lot of the locations, we found that it was keeping moisture trapped in, causing rust.
