I absolutely love this Nancy!❤❤ I used to make them with my Mom all the time too. We would put egg wash before baking to make them glossy. Oh how you reminded me of our conversations while rolling and baking biscoitos. She would always want to make them with me, as she would say the same thing about 2 people making biscoitos, much faster lol one would keep rolling and other looking after the oven while baking. It’s been 5 years and I still miss her so much 😢 treasure your time with her! Merry Christmas to you and your beautiful Mom and family. 😘😘🤗🤗
