Did the logical thing and changed it to a charity and got rid of the woman who didn’t have a background in music. Looking at their books online, takes in 350k of grants a year, pays the founder 75k to run it, other staff on a decent wage too and has good reviews from the community groups who use it. They’ve also gone from a van to a double decker bus.
