Craze is amazing to watch, & on a whole other level! Those of u in the comments talking about no needles or vinyl don’t know what the hell your talking about, this dude is a 3 time world dmc champion back when all u had was vinyl, needles, & a mixer! He’s evolved with the technology like many of us have. The stuff he does is incredibly difficult & creative. Mad props to all the real djs like Scratch Bastid & Craze still holdin it down!

The Craze video is about expressing excellence through talent, raising the bar, absolutely condemning mediocrity. All new tools that are advancing the artform, accelerating the level of competition, and INSPIRING new talent to get into the game, including but not limited to time-code records and the sync button are all part of it. Our attention span has diminished over recent years, so to say "yeah but he's not using vinyl classic, it's not real dj'ing shows just how behind the times you are. SB called him the g.o.a.t. what more do you need.

I must be getting old (which I am). Just if this is supposed to blow my mind compared to what you Bastid, Z-Trip, Jazzy, Mike... so on... were doing 10+ years ago (till now)... idk, to each their own. Not trying to hate. Just different hip hop gets different folks moving imo

Turntablism is using real vinyl and needles and a non digital analog mixer. This should be called Digital Turntablism cause your using CV and computer, digital mixer, and phase to replace your needles. Just saying. Craze the GOAT!!

True this is a different style of dj'ing, we all will argue this on many formats, but my testimony is the New Music Seminar dj battles, and the study of your own cue point stickers on the record the timing the endless search for the breaks in the record, etc, etc, etc, I'm from that era of dj battling I do have respect for the new technology.... But that leaves the door open for debate.

Those blocks on the records(forgot the name of them), are replacing the needle for some DJs. It takes the hassle out of dealing with needle/arms. He's more then likely using serato and has the music programmed into the mixer. I think it was an excellent example of mixology. Applaud my man!
