I’m curious how you transition songs with different bpms. Are you playing the song out in full, are you echoing out, hopping on the mic and or using sound effects? Have you found more success jumping around bpms and mixing in 3-5 song pockets or gradually raising and lower the bpms?

It really depends on the situation. If I gotta do a hard BPM shift a simple echo out works great!

I did some studio engineering for bluff road records in baton rouge, gentlemen's club DJing, and a front man for a couple of decent bands.
