It's a Weird Al polka, and he doesn't care if his stuff gets uploaded. In fact, his enthusiastic approval of an earlier PMV of one of his other polkas arguably gave the fad a kickstart. Yeah the polkas are covers, but they don't sample the originals at all. But you may wanna change the video name to avoid this happening again. TL;DR Whoever issued the takedown - it wasn't Al - had next to no right to. Thanks for reuploading.
