one thing i learned from infamouses death is get your health straight when your in your late 20s to early 30s. get bloodwork done and test yourself for high cholesterol and diabetes. people can have this for years and not know until you start getting sick and by then you dont realize your kidneys are failing, and your heart is blocked up. next thing you know your in a emergency room and the shock hits you that your life has to immediately change. if you find this stuff out early you can maintain it. exercise is very important, water is very important. if you party hard on the weekend then you better spend the week balancing it out. i did concerts for 7 years and music for about 13. i was just a local opener but i got to play with tons of famous people i grew up listening to and that was good enough for me. now in my mid 30s i am now seeing what alot of these older rappers who are 10 years older then me are going through and why alot always push the exercise route like dr dre and 50 cent and busta rhymes and even trent reznor. those drugs and bad food and beer catch up to you your not invincible forever. as much as i fucking hate exercising and healthy food you gotta make that change if you wanna enjoy what you worked for your entire life

Very true....got my blood work done and all my numbers are good some slight off but due to weight so I put myself on a strict diet lost 31 lbs and going...gotta be healthy drugs, smoke, etc man leave that mess alone.
