Mj had multiple kids accuse him of doing acts to and with them. R Kelly didnt have any victims report any crimes. R Kelly's case was difficult because what's the legal age in those state. People assume it's 18 but it's not even in the majority of states. So r Kelly was with 16-17 year olds none of which reported a crime. Mj was accused of multiple boys preteens. I personally don't think mj was guilty but he absolutely was guilty of stupidity. After the 1st one that should have kept him away from every kid. But it didn't why not? R Kelly I do believe he likes them young but that's not his crimes. They could only slap racketeering charges on him. Anyone who knows laws knows Rico and racketeering is what is used when they don't have a strong case but want to lock you up.
