Thanks that’s basically what I was going for. DJ poolboi has this sound that makes you feel so nostalgic and empty. There’s so much room within that, so many possible narratives. I felt Drive was a great choice in that regard as the themes in the film bring up the same emotions DJ poolbois music does.
