Check out the rest of this album please. Try to listen to it in order as it is chronological. This song is later in the album speaking about how Mike still going even after Chester and how he won’t stop doing what he loves. There’s plenty of emotional songs on this about Chester and Mike’s own way of dealing with it and coming back as an artist. Btw the entire album was produced by Mike and instruments included other than features.

I’ll definitely look it up and get on it. Dig this one and I’d love to hear more collabs.

AlphaTyler Linkin Park were supposed to do a whole tour with MGK early 2017 but after Chester took his own life it was canceled. MGK looked up to Linkin park as a kid and they influenced him massively, he has mentioned Chester in glasshouse and in the video Hollywood whore he used samples of Linkin Parks song numb and even flashed Rip Chester on the music video.

MGK has a song with Steve Aoki that is EDM, Free Your Mind. I haven’t seen anyone react to it but, I think it’s great. Also Death in My Pocket from Hotel Diablo gets overlooked because it doesn’t have a video💔

This is actually one of the songs on Post Traumatic that’s not that deep.
