I live in Windsor, Ive spent a lot of time in Detroit I don't know Marshalls opinion but i believe it is one of the most beautiful cities in the world, the architecture, the history etc. Last time I saw Marshall was Anger Management Tour 3. What a show so many people preformed we don't have today Proof, Prodigy and Nate Dogg. Id give a lot to just sit down with Eminem for 20 mins and explain to him what his music means to me. P.S im one of the few people who actually comprehend his music properly and see the genius

I literally think no other rapper is as passionate as Eminem.. How many rappers can say they've given up their life for rhyming words while still going at his age? New school rappers are not gonna bother to sit down as a student and study. Rappers usually retires before 40 or early 40 but Eminem is still pushing it to keep up and adjust to the new sound.. Even though I will never like the trap shitty beats stuff.. But always more old school boom bap sound. It's actually sad how everyone these days either clout chase by using his name or simply hate on him. Like he says don't like then don't listen! I'm glad I rediscovered him last year n instantly became a fan.. I've known about him since a kid as Eminem that rapper with casual ear for his big hits.. We should appreciate him for still being around and feel lucky that he's so consistent n surprising us n not a "has been" Artist at one time. He didn't sacrifice his personal life just to end up become one of the most hated on socials n idiot kids tryna cancel him every other day. To stand on the shoulders of giants, you have to climb their history, learn their techniques, develop your own/stay true to yourself. In any craft. It's not about the hours you put in; as when in love, you live it so it will come down to time but that is because of the effort, always to want to improve. It's almost embarrassing to spend words on this but as a non-hip-hop expert - to find I know more or understand as much as people who have made it their living but prefer to dazzle and NOT credit those who've ensured there even still is a rap game. Who won't lend a hand, which is what those who know the effort it takes do aka the Greats like Eminem..? That is... What IS that? Also, I find it disrespectful to the extent I feel pretty certain it will boomerang on their legacy - if ever they build one. It is beyond my understanding so I had better keep silent about that now. And just say, to see this-the battle was breathtakingly passionate : I can almost imagine them going home, still tasting the words and thinking about their next deliverance... Detroit has changed, it was a ghost town back in 2014. I could have bought a house there, no mortgage. Crisis... This interview is beautiful. Thank you to those who made it.
