Dope moving heads. i just bought the Intimidator 260 fixture. they are powerful 75 Watt's of power.. so it's super bright.. and shoots the light beam very far and very crisp..

Those are nice. I have the intimidator spot LED 250s. I like those brackets man, you gave me the idea to use those on speaker stands for outdoor weddings. thank you! Also, i use the MyDMX2.0 to control them. its not a bad tool, fyi. theres an english dude with great tutorials on how to program.

This is probably how i'm going to mount mine for now. On some tripods. Though why don't you use one bigger bolt through the middle? I also saw an adapter with a big bolt right in the middle too.

Try reverse pan & tilt for your shows if you DMX control them eventually.

I got a kick out of your video when you were putting the stand adaptors on with the knob facing toward the back, "that's just me bein me' I do the same thing :) I really like the 255's, but I sure wish I could take them out of TOTEM MODE via DMX control but you can't :(

word but they are such great gobo lights in general. for sure they are money makers for a professional deejay :) LUV EM they cost alot but they are for pro's so they separate the amatuer deejays from those who make money by making memories for people..... :) DEE-JAYS do more than spin music THEY MAKE MEMORIES! :) LETS GO!

Very informative video. I just ordered the brackets from Amazon. I didnt want to spend a fortune on a pair of totems. One question, why didn't you just mount your new brackets directly to your light fixtures instead of attaching the light fixture brackets to the new brackets?

Thanks for watching, glade I could give you some ideas. Not sure what you mean about the mount but if you mean why don't I just leave the metal bracket from the light on the plastic speaker mount I think it was because its not enough room to fit the hex key in through the slot but I guess all I would need to do is drill out a hole. I will take a look at that you just gave me an idea thanks.

Can I ask a real dumb Q, why don't you just screw the stage mounts directly to the unit in place of the bracket that the lights come with ?

Any issues with your transparency film melting the ink since it's 60 watts? Or do you have something else you slide in the gobo slot along with the transparency film?

only me and PLEASE do not do it if you do not want to but I think it will look better if you take off the mount Chauvet has and just use the mount you bought from Amazon , just think it will not look so built up and may be more sturdy . james

Kol Mega I norm connect them in master/slave mode so they work in some type of same or mirror each other movements. I do have my DMX software just have not programmed them to it yet.
