Seeing DJ Sprinkles play an intimate club in Montreal in the fall of 2014 is one of my favorite memories. Man oh man did she work that crowd. I remember people peeking over the booth to see what she was playing on the CD-Js and she put record sleeves in front to block the view and wagged her fingers with a coy smile.
