I agree that the Goa vibe was back in 2011. But my first time in Goa was in 2001 and not in the heady days of the early 90's. Anjuna beach has changed a lot in a short space of time from 2008 up until now. The beach shacks have gone more concrete if you know what i mean. this has also happened in places like Koh Phangan in Thailand..but hey, things change and we must go along with the change, i couldn't live with out the internet and i like digital Dj's.

Greetings Tristan. What date was this filmed? It looks like it was filmed at Curlies and Shiva Valley. I was in Goa in the middle of March 2011 after three months travelling around India, my 5th time travelling in mother India, i miss it so much. I maybe must just have missed this party back then. I have seen you play at Glade Festival Tristan, and laughing Bhudda...Fearsome engine...crazy times and happy vibes.

Peak time is from 25dec. to 1st January but rates are very high. But you can enjoy later also till fab. Everyday is Sunday, and everyday is party in Goa.

For the psytrance community, it's late December, January, February and March, which is the end of the season. The peak is January - February (With Ozora's official party, etc.) but the core tribe is there October to April.

Damn, I went to Goa as a teen in 2011 for the very first time to experience the wild side of India. And 13 years later I feel the same way about anjuna like you did back then. Guess change is the only constant Ps: we assumed 2000s were the heady days 😅
