Nice tutorial mam but there is a little problem in this tutorial at first you made the model of skills which can be put blank by the users and while teaching the employee_update function you taught us how to strip a list which is really really appreciated but if someone choose not to select any skills it will be empty and will become none so split function won't work on none which will crash the site
