I thought that this was absolutely superb, Christo, with those lovely 9th chords and fine improvisation which made your performance so interesting. Django would have been proud of you! Were you tuned to B11th for this one?

Mahalo Stan! Basically, But its A11. I'm so locked in to G stuff these days that having the G6 on top feels like home. So A C# E G B D.

Many thanks for the info, Christo. For some unknown reason I tend to think that the resonator guitars are better suited to the lower pitched tunings, so I'm not surprised that you're tuned to A11th rather than B11th! I also think the tuning sounds at its best with the root of the chord included, as you have done. A very fine backing by your fellow musicians too!!
